Shopping malls, specialty facilities, museums, recreational enterprises, event venues, and public spaces are among the projects undertaken by Nomura Co., Ltd.

Mitsukoshi is a joint venture between Nomura Real Estate Co., Ltd., Federal Land, Inc., and Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings, Ltd. It will be the focal point of The Seasons Residences, a four-tower residential project in Bonifacio Global City that will introduce Japanese-style living to the neighborhood. Mitsukoshi is set to make his debut in 2021.
