Post-Apocalyptic Anime Series “Synduality Noir” Debuts on Disney+ This July

Watch this summer as humans escape their underground city in a desperate attempt to reclaim their lives above ground in SYNDUALITY Noir, a new Japanese anime series premiering exclusively on Disney+ on July 11.
SYNDUALITY Noir is set in 2242 and follows a group of humans forced to live deep underground following the “Tears of the New Moon” incident. After the collapse of their underground city, humans are once again forced to the surface, where a threat known as the Enders roams in search of humans to murder.

Groups of people have banded together to establish close-knit settlements at various locations on the surface, relying on distinct energy sources to power and protect them. However, as resources continue to dwindle, a group of courageous individuals known as Drifters venture into the open, fighting Enders and extracting energy sources.
