Calvin Harris New Album Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 2 Is Out Now

Calvin Harris’s highly anticipated sixth studio album, Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 2, was released by Columbia Records. Harris has won a GRAMMY, sold a lot of platinum records, and is a big-time producer. Listen here.

Calvin asked 23 of the most interesting musicians working today to help him make this perfect summer album. Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 2 has psychedelic instruments and a lot of exciting and unexpected pairings of the artists who are featured. “Obsessed” with Charlie Puth and Shenseea (watch the music video here) is one of the collaborations. Other tracks include “Potion” with Dua Lipa and Young Thug, “New Money” with 21 Savage, “Stay With Me” with Justin Timberlake, Halsey, and Pharrell, and “New To You” with Normani, Tinashe, and Offset, all of which have already been released.

Before the album came out this week, Calvin put out a trailer for it that showed clips of all the songs. In the clip, he brought back the famous Funk Wav Bounces parrot, which first appeared in the summer of 2017 when Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1 came out.
