New Korean Drama “Tell Me That You Love Me” To Debut November 27 On Disney+
A poignant tale in which a debilitated actor falls in love with a gifted mute artist, this forthcoming series will feature Jung Woosung and Shin Hyunbeen.
In Tell Me That You Love Me, an evocative new series premiering on Disney+ on November 27, a love story that transcends words will be crafted when fate conspires to unite two individuals from opposed worlds.
As a result of her dismissal after only one day on set, the struggling actor Jung Moeun will be thrust into a sequence of fortuitous encounters with the gifted deaf artist Cha Jinwoo. Their connection will strengthen as they continue to cross paths, realizing that love can be conveyed through means other than verbal communication and that certain noises can only be perceived with the heart. As viewers begin to consider the world from another individual’s perspective, Tell Me That You Love Me presents an unprecedented love story.
“Tell Me That You Love Me” is a captivating adaptation of the renowned Japanese classic and a TBS television drama series. Produced by TBS Television Inc., it features the following cast members:
- Jung Woosung (Reborn Rich, Reflection of You) as deaf artist Cha Jinwoo
- Shin Hyunbeen (Reborn Rich, Reflection of You) as struggling actor Jung Moeun
- Kim Jihyun (The Smile Has Left Your Eyes, Justice) as Song Seokyung
- Jinwoo’s ex-girlfriend and director of an art center
The series is directed by Kim Younjin (Our Beloved Summer) and is written by Kim Minjeong (Love in the Moonlight).
